14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at contact@roundsmedapp.com and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 3–10 business days to appear.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel a Rounds Light or Rounds Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal at paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges are also covered by the 14-day guarantee above.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the related access — subscription features — ends. Your applications, essays and notes remain in your account, and you can still export them at any time.
